I have run out of fish oil capsules for my dog, is it possible to give her fish oil capsules that I have here?

she is going through chemo her next visit is her last. Her prognosis is pretty good. They recommended fish capsules would be beneficial to her health. She is an 11 yr. old pitbull (roxy) and i'm wonderinfg if the capsules here in my cupboard would be o.k. to give her. They are 1000 mg. and my dog loves fish.
