Professional Real Estate Investors?

Do you own an investment company? How is it set up (llc, ect. please explain it)? Are the houses n your name or company name? Are you an agent, independent agent, or broker? What kind of education do u recommend? Do you suggest any books or courses especially for teens? I like real estate and would love to be a "professional flipper" (investor) and work for myself.
