Is this a good breed dog(picture)?

No, they are overpriced inbred dogs that have more health problems then they're worth. I'm saying this and I love dogs and animals. These dogs are actually nothing more then runts of the litter designed to look cute but have about only half the life span of a regular, full sized dog.
