Should Arsene Wenger get the sack?

Arsenal haven't won a trophy for nearly 7 years. What good is qualifying for the CL year after year if they wont win any trophies? Would Mancini be sacked at Man City if they didn't win anything for 7 years? What about Carlo Ancelloti? Even Fergie would have retired by now if he didn't win anything for 7 years. Arsenal have been linked with Jose Mourinho and even Pep Guardiola, who are both guaranteed to win the PL season after season. I think it's time for change.
