I HAVE SUGAR/MEDICAL RELATED QUESTION?

Now I'm going to let you know that you can get hi off of any substance in the appropriate quantities just like you can die of any substance in set quantities. Now how much sugar would you need to ingest until you become hi. I ingested 20-25 packets (resturaunt sized) is this enoguh to become HI.
