What is this movie, I can't remember. It's a cartoon?

It's with with these puppies that are different colors (pink, blue, green, etc) they talk, and a kid finds out or something and has to protect them. Aw, geez, the description sucks, but I haven't seen that movie in years. I remember the kid fed his puppy pizza.
