In the Strip District where this happened it is absolute madness at night time. Especially after another Steelers victory. See there aren't too many times you can celebrate in Cleveland because you don't win many games. In Pittsburgh we know how to party and Jeff Reed might as well be a hero here. Your run down, boring, crime ridden, city can look forward to another season of ineptitude and seeing your beloved browns at the bottom of the AFC North just like always. hahahhaha
