Chevy colorado ?

im planning on getting the chevy colorado extreme.im just wondering would it be good if i wait till the 8 cyl engine comes out for it next year or is the 5 cyl good enough.i heard they had head problems with the 5 cyl but im sure they have that fixed by now.and 2nd whihc woudl you prefer the auto or 5 spd im more of a manual guy but i dont know if theres problems with the 5 spd or not.and for those that think id be better of going with a toyota or sumthing that foreign for get i wont support these foreign companys afters all when you buy a toyota even though you buy the car over here were does the money go to the main office and guess were that is china ir where every the toyota place is.gm all the way
