Probably just a matter of finding the right food for him, sometimes even the better brands will have something that don't agree with some dogs. Avoid CORN, it is a huge contributer to gas, and is in the cheaper made foods. You could try a food witht only one protein source (like fish) & see how he does on that or else try a grainless.
