Where is the best place to get a tattoo?? HELP!!!?

i want to get a tatoo, nothing flashy, but a tattoo that is cute and noticable, but not flasy and showoffish. like in a place that i could go to a job interview and it not be to noticable, if atall. oh ya, and no tramp stamp ideas. nothing trashy
